Our Founder
Dananai Gardner, an attorney, entrepreneur, and proud working mom, founded B.E.A.C.O.N. out of a deeply personal journey through workplace discrimination, systemic inequities, and the emotional toll of navigating biased hiring systems. Her experiences revealed a painful truth: too often, marginalized employees are forced to choose between fighting for fairness and protecting their health, stability, and peace of mind.
